Identification boundary

The cultivar name ‘Green Wheel’ cannot be confirmed from green color alone. Retain the name only when a reliable label accompanies the plant.

Tight rosettes store water and shed it away from the crown. Offsets form a persistent mat in exposed, sharply drained sites. Do not release non-native plants or discarded offsets into natural areas.

Care principle

To understand the care of a plant, understand its native climate and environment.
