What it does

CARE FACTOR

PRACTICAL GUIDANCE

Guaranteed analysis

Sulfur (S): 90.0%; 90% free sulfur; derived from elemental sulfur.

Label rate

1–2 lb per 100 square feet. Spade or mix into soil.

Equivalent rate

About 4.5–9.1 g per square foot; 1 lb/100 ft² equals about 48.8 g/m².

Timing

Allow at least 6–8 weeks; many extension sources recommend applying months before planting when a major correction is needed.

Where

Outdoor lawn or garden soil as allowed by the complete label—not container-grown plants.

Recheck

Retest pH before applying more. A 3–6 month interval is more informative than checking after only a few days.
